I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were newly renovated with comfy beds and modern furniture, but I did miss having an extra lamp and some extra pillows. The service was excellent with staff who truly understand the meaning of being service-minded, especially during the night shift. The location is convenient, near the Disney Parks and stores, although it is in the older Kissimmee area. The dining experience was satisfactory, but I wish there were more signature dishes available. The facilities were basic but adequate for a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were newly renovated, but they were missing a lamp which was a slight inconvenience. The modern furniture and comfy beds made up for it though.
