I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were newly renovated with comfy beds and modern furniture, but I did miss having an extra lamp and some extra pillows. The service was excellent with staff who truly understand the meaning of being service-minded, especially during the night shift. The location is convenient, near the Disney Parks and stores, although it is in the older Kissimmee area. The dining experience was satisfactory, but I wish there were more signature dishes available. The facilities were basic but adequate for a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were newly renovated, but they were missing a lamp which was a slight inconvenience. The modern furniture and comfy beds made up for it though. The service was excellent, especially from the night shift staff who truly understand what it means to be service-minded. The location was convenient, near the Disney Parks and the airport, albeit in the older Kissimmee area.
